Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Design attractive and professional book covers for print and digital publishing.
Create engaging Facebook posts, social media creatives, and advertisement designs.
Design posters, banners, and other promotional materials.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative campaigns.
Revise and improve designs based on feedback while meeting project deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative tools.
Prepare print-ready artwork for publishing and promotional materials.
Ensure all creative assets meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
Organize and maintain design files for future use.
Basic video editing for social media content is an advantage but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirement
Experienced candidates will be given preference.
Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and a passion for design are also encouraged to apply
Key Competencies
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Basic knowledge of AI-powered design tools will be considered an advantage.
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software) will be an added advantage.
A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
