International Project Manager & Client Communication Lead

Job Summary

Final Job Location: Philippines (after 2 months training in Dhaka, Bangladesh)

Preferred Candidate: Female

We are looking for a confident and organized International Project Manager & Client Communication Lead to coordinate between international clients and our Bangladesh-based technical team.

This role offers global exposure and strong career growth in international project management.

Relocation & Training

First 2 months in Dhaka for training and team alignment
Then relocation to the Philippines
Valid passport or ability to obtain one required

Must-Have

Strong English communication and confidence in client-facing discussions

Key Responsibilities

● Manage project timelines, deliverables, and execution plans

● Coordinate between clients and technical teams

● Lead client communication, meetings, and progress reporting

● Translate technical discussions into client-friendly communication

● Support marketing discussions and proposal coordination

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CSE, Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or related field
A Level / O Level background preferred
2+ years’ experience in Project Management, Client Relations, Marketing Coordination, or Executive Assistance

Key Competencies

Basic understanding of websites, SaaS/software projects, or AI/automation tools
Organized, proactive, and willing to relocate internationally
