Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Our creative team is expanding, and we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Graphic Designer to join us in a professional on-site environment. This role is ideal for someone hardworking, creative, and open to feedback.

  • Location: Kaderia Tower, Mohakhali C/A, Dhaka 1213 
  • Job Type: Full-time (Office Job) 
  • Office Hours: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM (6 days/week) 
  • Salary: BDT 20,500 - 25,000 (Based on experience & performance)
  • Probation period: 6 months 
  • Deadline: 25th March 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the internal team on branding design projects

  • Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality designs

  • Revise designs based on feedback (multiple revisions required)

  • Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines consistently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong command of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design

  • Portfolio required (branding & book cover work preferred)

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and hardworking mindset

  • Willingness to take feedback positively and improve designs

Experience Requirement

  • Minimum 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience

Please Note:

  • This position requires physical presence at the office

  • Remote, freelance, or part-time applications will not be considered

  • A face-to-face interview is mandatory
