Job Summary

Claystone Agency is hiring Architecture Designers for a full-time, on-site position at their office in Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka. The role involves creating 2D architectural drawings, planning layouts, and developing 3D models and renderings using tools such as D5, Lumion, or SketchUp. Candidates should have strong knowledge of space planning, building codes, and coordination with engineering teams. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and preferably Revit is required, along with good English communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines, including night shift work.

𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (6 days/week)

Key Responsibilities

⮞ Create 2D architectural drawings & planning layouts

⮞ Develop 3D models and renderings (D5 / Lumion / SketchUp preferred)

⮞ Ensure structural coordination with the engineering team

⮞ Strong understanding of space planning & building codes

⮞ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred)

⮞ Good English communication skills (written & spoken)

⮞ Ability to work under deadlines and a night shift schedule
