Job Summary

SM Technology is hiring 7 full-time AI Automation Engineers for its Banasree, Dhaka office. The role involves working with global clients to design and deploy automation workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, and Make.com. Responsibilities include API integrations, CRM automation, AI-powered solutions, and workflow testing. Candidates should have experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, basic JavaScript, and automation platforms. Knowledge of AI or LLM integrations is required, while experience with Docker or SaaS tools is a plus. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: BDT 20,500 – 40,000/month

Key Responsibilities

● Communicate with global clients to gather automation requirements

● Design & deploy workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make.com

● Integrate APIs, webhooks, CRMs (GoHighLevel, Fanbasis) & SaaS tools

● Implement AI/LLM-powered automation solutions

● Test, debug & maintain workflows

● Participate in automation R&D and innovation

Preferred Qualifications

● Hands-on experience with n8n (self-hosted or cloud)

● Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks & JSON

Experience Requirement
