Foreign Communication Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a ๐…๐จ๐ซ๐ž๐ข๐ ๐ง ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐„๐ฑ๐ž๐œ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž to manage client communications and provide timely support. You will act as the main point of contact for our international clients, offering solutions and suggestions while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

๐‰๐จ๐› ๐“๐ฒ๐ฉ๐ž: Full-Time, On-Site

๐๐ซ๐จ๐›๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐จ๐: 6 Months (Based on your performence)

๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฒ: 6 days per week, 1 day weekend

๐’๐ก๐ข๐Ÿ๐ญ:  

โžงMorning: 7:00 am โ€“ 3:30 pm

โžงEvening: 2:30 pm โ€“ 11:00 pm

โžงNight: 10:30 pm โ€“ 7:00 am

Key Responsibilities

โ—† Communicate professionally with foreign clients.

โ—† Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery.

โ—† Maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.

โ—† Handle inquiries, provide solutions, and escalate when necessary.

โ—† Prepare reports on client interactions and highlight opportunities for business growth.

Preferred Qualifications

โžค Minimum Diploma in a relevant field required; candidates with a Bachelorโ€™s degree will be preferred.

Experience Requirement

โžค Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Key Competencies

โžค Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

โžค Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

โžค Knowledge in *Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, or Full Stack Website Development*

โžค Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
